I think plants are super cool, and I love uncovering their secrets.

In my free time I like to sew, walk distances that test my commitment to not driving, make food with friends and family, and play card games.

I’m a biologist who is passionate about plant diversity. I’m always excited to learn about plants, whether I’m in the field, studying herbarium specimens, or working in the lab (monocots are my favorite!).

I love writing sentences that are a bit too long, discussing all things queer botany, trying the chai at cafes I’ve never visited, traveling, browsing local bookstores, and spending time with family + friends!

I'm an Environmental Studies major. I enjoy hiking, gardening, thrifting and listening to all kinds of music. 

I’m a third-year Statistics and Data Science major. In my free time, I’m an unconventional baker—I love experimenting with "shortcut" recipes, like making brownies in a microwave or air-fryer Basque cheesecakes (trust me, they actually work and taste amazing!).

I'm a fourth year Biological Sciences major at UCSB. In my free time I love to explore cities, take photos, and play puzzles and board games, my favorite being a good Sudoku book.
